Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order value. You can shop with us without limits.
Can I cancel or change an order?
We would like to process each order as quickly as possible and send it to you. Therefore, subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible. If you have chosen to pay in advance for your order and have not yet initiated a payment, please contact our customer service for a possible order change.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
The invoice is on delivery in the package.
Can I track the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number. With this you can track your shipment online at any time.
How can I redeem a voucher?
Simply use your coupon code in the action field in the shopping cart. After that, the code will be checked and, if it is valid, immediately credited to your order.
How do I know that my order has arrived?
After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
How much are the shipping costs?
For standard shipping, the shipping costs 6.95 € within Germany. When entering your delivery address, the transport costs will be automatically calculated and displayed. The transport costs include a contribution for packaging, transport and insurance.

Shipping to other countries is possible only on request of shipping costs before ordering.
How long does the delivery take?
With the standard dispatch the delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days within Germany. For personalized items, the delivery time is extended by 4 additional days.
Delivery times within the EU are 4 to 5 working days. For deliveries to the US and third countries between 15 - 19 working days.
Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the selected method of payment and on public holidays.
Do you also deliver abroad?
We deliver your desired products quickly, reliably and worldwide with our partner DHL to any address you require.
Import duties, fees and taxes are levied by the respective customs office of import and are payable by the recipient. These are based on the import regulations of the recipient country. For more information, ask your local customs office.
What if the goods are damaged?
If you have received a wrong or defective item or if your delivery was incomplete, please contact our customer service. Provide your invoice number, the exact item name and the reason for the complaint (attach photos if necessary). Our customer service will take care of your request immediately.
How can I exchange or return an item?
If you do not like the glasses, you can return your ordered goods within 14 days after purchase to us.
How do I send an article back?
If you want to return your goods, please send them back in their original packaging and well protected.
Who bears the return costs?
According to our cancellation policy, the buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.

How do I clean my glass properly?
Classic glass or crystal glass has only three "enemies": strong temperature fluctuations, too long exposure to calcareous water, which makes the glass look "dull" after some time and too hard cleaning agents.
Our care instructions:
- observe the instructions for cleaning in the product description
- cleaning in the dishwasher marked dishwasher safe, dishwasher safe
- Hand wash: Crystal glass / lead crystal should always be washed by hand, if possible, in warm water (not hot, 40 ° -45 ° C), with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse your glass briefly with hot water (over 60 ° C), in order to kill possibly last germs. Then dry the glass with a soft, lint-free towel.
- Avoid collision with other glasses or other objects (even in the dishwasher).
- Never place glasses "upside down" and only stack jars that are labeled as "stackable".
- Do not allow beverage residues to dry.
- Never hold the stalk glasses on the ground but always on the stalk - when drying, place the "chalice" in one hand.
